yea photo's are always a huge motivation. i deleted a pic off my friends camera the week i started my diet b/c i was so fat and didnt want it to go on facebook. i wish i had it tho b/c it coulda been my "before" pic.

I just turned the flash off on my camera. I had to look up how to do it in the manual... Hah!

And thats me and my husband in my avatar...Im just wearing make up and contacts. :lol:
