Hey guys,
I dont know if its because im older but i feel happier and healthier now then i did when i was close to this weight four years ago. i had lost 20 pounds then but I had still felt so fat and self consious. I started having really bad anxiety attacks and ate junk food to cope. Next thing I know i'm 230 lbs.
I began last fall eating less junk food and walking my dogs more. I slowly started to lose. This past february I started to get serious. I began counting my calories on the daily plate and trying to walk 3-4 miles 5 days a week. So far its been working for me. I still have 35-40 more pounds to go.
