Default Pic of me at half way 86lbs lost....struggling but head is above water...
I've lost 86lbs so far. I've been honestly struggling for the past few months. I know it's stress and emotional issues. The reason I know I will never go back to my 340lbs is that I've maintained for the past few months, not gaining, not losing but just staying where I am...and that's a good feeling for now. I will kick this plateau because I have more to go about 84lbs more to lose. I welcome any thoughts on my progess so far and any tips or advice to get me through would be appreciated as well. Here are my pics at just over 1 year.

hey working.. i just want to say what a great job you've done so far. i'm so glad you posted your success. hope you can find the strength to push yourself a little harder and head back into the losing zone. i too would rather maintain than gain - sure shows that you are still working at it and not returning to old habits. bravo to you, and i hope all the responses you receive make you even stronger.

WOW you are doing such a great job! I think they only thing I can say is don't give up! When I was at my halfway point I remember thinking "how am I going to keep this up?" I just kept telling myself I WILL succeed and of course all the support from friends have helped me along the way. You look awesome!
