changes?
 

I was doing a biggest loser competition in my city and I managed to lose 23 pounds and 15 inches. I put these side by side to try and see a difference... they're terrible photos I know... but I can't see much? Does anyone see anything different?

I can see it in your stomach and DEFINITELY in your face! Awesome job!!

Your face looks so much thinner! And your whole middle seems to be a lot smaller. You look amazing! And I love love love your top in the second picture! Its gorgeous!

A difference?! Oh honey, I see it! In your face, chin, bust, AND tummy! You did not say how much you lost, but, I see something different. You keep going girl! Good job!

wow,thanks so much you guys! It really means a lot to me. I feel like I have some severe body image issues. In total so far I've lost 41 pounds, but 23 from the first photo to the second.

It's been a slow weight loss...but I'm happy with how my lifestyle has really changed in the past 3 months! :carrot:
