It's so awesome that I could inspire people to reach their goals! I have become such an exercise junkie. I LOVE the way it makes me feel and look.
I am just in such a better mood and every part of my day seems easier. I never thought I'd come to that point, but here I am! A complete exercise addict, lol!
I came up with a quote to help me through the tough times when I would eat something bad and feel like quitting:
"Each day is like a step on a giant staircase. Do not throw yourself to the bottom after a small stumble!"
I always struggled with the 'all or nothing' attitude and I still have days where it is hard not to give in. The important thing to remember is even if you had that piece of cake (or the whole thing) you can start fresh the very next meal. You wouldn't want to throw yourself to the bottom of a staircase after all the hard work you put into getting up there just because you stumbled a bit right? Once I put it in perspective, it became easier to give up on the all or nothing thought process.
