I'm so happy for you; I've come across your pictures from time to time over the year I've been on the site and I am so thrilled for you, with all your progress! I looked at these pictures first and then read the text -- was shocked to read that these weren't goal pictures!! May your final couple of pounds come off with ease; you look awesome -- so happy, empowered, and attractive!

You (and your photos of transformation) have helped me through my own journey to become healthier. What really impressed me was the practical tools you use to support your health and "live life." For years, I was a "yo-yo" gal, believing that weight that was lost would never stay off. I settled into miserable thinking that being fat was my price paid to indulge in my immense love for food. Yours is the sort of approach where I was able to see that the weight could be lost and the loss could be maintained. You haven't thrown the "baby" out with the bath water (pizza!!!), and that news truly rocks my world

Bonus: What an awesome gift for your husband to see the woman he cherishes demonstrate the strength and focus it took to best care for herself. That is a clear evidence of love!

I have a question, i hope you don't mind.
What happened to your skin? was it affected by this huge lose? Did you do something to take care of it in your journey, cause you look awesome

WOW you look amazing, great job.

Im only looking to loose half of what you have and some days it feels like it will take forever. For you to lose 100lb thats an achievement and your an insperation for all ov us x
