Default A 60 lb loss


Me at possibly 254 lbs. I stopped weighing myself because I was so embarrassed and unhappy at this weight.



A current picture at 195 lbs. I would like to lose about 60 more but am just taking it one pound at a time and celebrating each time the numbers on the scale change and I get to wear a new size.

let's see if I can get this to work....





I was busting out of a 22 in that first pic and now I'm solidly in a 14 and my body is changing again. Size 12, here I come.

WOW - what an amazing transformation! You've not only lost the pounds and inches but years - you look so vibrant, healthy and sexy - especially with the new hairdo and those great glasses!
