Starting out in the 190s, my first real mini goal was to make it back to the 150s. This week (after stalling in the low 160s for a bit) I accomplished that goal 157.2! I started taking side pictures of myself in the beginning of September when I weighed 177.4 wearing only my bra and undies. YAY! Good for you - what a difference! Not only have you lost the pounds but so many inches, too!
Thanks for sharing - it's fun to celebrate this victory with you - and it's a big boost for those of us at the beginning of our journey to see the living proof of hard work and determination.

Don't take this the wrong way... But the definition you've gained in your abs over the last twenty pounds scares me a little... It's friggin' unbelievable what twenty pounds will do. My guess is that while you stalled in the 160's, you were still shedding body fat and it was just being replaced by all that muscle.
To have defined abs like that... I can only dream right now. Only. Dream!
In all seriousness, if you couldn't understand the above, I'm saying you look killer good. That's fantastic progress over three months and twenty pounds. Imagine you at goal. You're a force to be reckoned with. ^^
Garnetrising, although some of it is abs, its also quite flabby. Its a good inch or so before I actually feel anything hard and if smack my belly it still moves. It may just be a trick created by the camera flash? If I get the chance I will post a forward shot tomorrow.
Girl! You are doing super awesome! Look at that definition. You have to be doing resistance/weight training for such good results! Just wonderful! wowee!
