Default Birthday Comparison
In the last year I've lost a little over 40lbs. At my heaviest I weighed 250 and now I officially weighed in today at 207! All I needed was a little hard work and dedication. I'll save my full story for when I get to goal, but I was excited to show a picture from my b-day exactly 1 year ago, and pics from my b-day dinner last night. --Gotta do the carrot dance!

I still have a long way to go, but looking at photos like this motivate me even more because I never want to be that size again.

Congrats on your success so far - WAY TO GO!

You look beautiful in both photos but I can certainly see a big difference after the 40 pound loss. You're right - success breeds success - and seeing the results that you've achieved will keep you on track and moving forward. Thanks for sharing - it's fun to celebrate your victory with you - and is a great motivator for the rest of us to see the living proof of hard work and determination.

Keep up the good work - you know you can do it and we'll all be here to cheer you on!
