I count calories and exercise. I cut out pasta, white rice, white flour foods, junkie snacks, fast food, fried food, sweets, red meat and pork. I eat lean poultry and seafood, whole grains and tons of fruits and veggies. I do cardio 90 minutes 5 days a week and add full body weight/strength training 3 days a week.
