Default 25 lbs gone!!! :)
I was looking through some old pictures on my computer, and it just hit me... I've lost 25 lbs since my highest weight. My freshman year of high school I weighed around 198 lbs (it probably went up into the 200s at some point... I never weighed myself then... I was in total denial). On Sunday, my official weigh in day, I weighed 172.6 lbs. Most of this weight came off gradually over the past four years or so, just by eating moderately healthy and exercising occasionally. I started to get really serious in June of this year about getting down to a healthy weight. I went from about 185 at the start of summer to 172.6! I can't wait to see how I do now that I'm finally believing I can do this. And I know this site has been so much of a motivator already.

Here are some pictures. The top ones are from my freshman year, and the bottom ones are recent (I got in a paint fight. ).

Your picture is definitely motivating! I have a similar story about weighing in the high 190s throughout high school and college. When I went into the WDW college program in FL as a costuming hostess I lost about 15-20lbs. Now that I'm back home with my folks though those pounds have crept back up and I don't want it to go past this 185 mark I've seem to hit. The lowest I got down to is 172 and I felt great and my boyfriend could definitely tell, lol...he said I lost most of it from my behind, lol...my stomach has always been the troublemaker and hopefully one day I'll get down to my dream weight lol. Thanks for the photos!
