It's always an inspiration to hear other's stories. I keep that fat pic of myself on my desk where I see it all day long. It's a huge reminder of what I did to myself. I've done the same as you and made the change to better eating and exercising. I tried every crash diet and crazy diet out there to lose maybe 10, 20 or maybe even 30 lbs and the second I stopped, it came right back on.

I've written this on other threads but I just want to share with you what my doctor told me about weight loss and what he's seen over the years. He said that in all his years of practice (and he's just about ready to retire) he's never seen but two of his patients be successful at weight loss on their own. I am proud to say I'm one of them. So I want you to know that you have accomplished something very difficult and something very few people manage to do. Feel proud of your success and know that you look absolutely incredible!!!!!

Wow you have come such a long way. way to go. And I noticed only 18 more pounds to go. You got this girl, you look fabulous as is now.

Thank you ladies!! It is a constant struggle for me, and It never seems to get any easier. It always seemed like such a big number to attempt to lose but Im so close I can taste it! It means so much to me that I can inspire someone to go for there goals. It can happen. I cant wait to see your goal pictures!
