21 lbs down....17 to go
Over halfway there!!! Still, no one else except family members are commenting. Maybe they just can't see it through clothes. Who knows, but I can see it and feel it. The first 2 are from late May/early June and the other 2 are from today.
Ready to get rid of the last 17 and hit maintenance!

The side view is really dramatic - your middle is so flat now! Way to go!

Thanks Ladies
Emma, I know it is crazy how much my stomach is coming off. I honestly thought that was going to be my toughest part because as they say sometimes, the first place you gain is the last place to go. But I think it is actually my upper arms and thighs that are proving to be the hardest to change.

Thanks Danni, Mickey and Jen!
And Candie, girl I am glad you set your sights higher than my 2nd start weight of 166 because you wouldn't be happy there, trust me, lol. I couldn't even sit straight up out of bed. I had to do the roll-over as if I was pregnant just to get up. I was miserable. And bending/leaning over was painful. It was like my stomach fat was pushing on my internal organs and squishing them together.
But I know what you are saying. When I was 193, 166 didn't seem so bad after all. But then after living with it for a while, I realized I was still very unhappy and still very much out of shape/unhealthy. You will be MUCH happier at your goal of the 130s! You can do it!!!!
