Before and in-between

I finally decided to take my in-between pictures today. I started my new healthy lifestyle on January 9th 2009. I weighed in at 243 lbs! I am 5'3", by the way. That wasn't my biggest, though. Last September I was 260 - 265 lbs. I rarely let anyone take any pictures, but I do have a photo from when I was nine months pregnant in July 2008. I was 275 lbs in the pictures, and I had only put on about 15lbs during my pregnancy. I look back at my old photos, and I am still amazed that I was ever that large. It's funny to me, because I never realized I was so big. I always told myself that I didn't look so bad, but in reality, it was getting out of hand. I am now at 175lbs and in the new pictures I am wearing size 12 jeans, and I can get into some size 10 clothes, too. In January I was wearing a size 22w in pants and 3x in shirts. :fr: I'm sorry the pictures are so large, but I did resize them with irfanview and in photoshop, but they keep coming out as full size.

OMG - what a difference! Look at the new expression in your face in the more recent photos, it makes all of your hard work worth it. I would put these on my refrigerator to remind me everyday of my goals.
