Hi,
I think ALL of your pics are great. Now though, with the no smoking and less poundage you are healthier for sure.
Tiedness can result from many things. First I would encourage a visit to the doctor amd request some appropriate blood work to see if there are answers there.
Aslo a possibility is some sort of sleep disorder in which you never get adequate rest. There are many different ones and thin and heavy alike can have one.This is tested in a sleep lab.
