I am Counting calories ~I am on 1400 calories a day.
I lost 13.3 lbs my first month with no exercise but I started walking indoors (Because it was fall/winter when I started Plus I have severe ashtma and indoors seemed overall safer to me) anyways I walked 15 mintues before Each meal~3 Times a day Then Upped it a little every few weeks or so.
I now walk 45 mintues 2 Times a day everyday. (I am at a low calorie number But people can still lose weight and eat higher calories~a good website to use there calorie counting calculators on the left hand side of home page is
