A couple of you guys asked me what my secret is... sorry to disappoint, but there's no real secret. I just calorie count. Today I eat around 1300-1400, and when I was around 250 I ate around 1500 per day.

I calorie count, and try to stay busy and active. Exercise seems like a luxury to me at this point, though I'm sure thats not true for everyone.
