Comparison picture...
 

I've lost around 40 lbs, total, but dont have a good picture of me at my highest weight that I can compare to. So this 'before' picture is at about 280, my highest was around 280.

Anyway, I'm trying to get re motivated, and wanted to share a picture. Sorry that my mirror is so dirty!

Right now, I'm around 256 again, but dont look any different from the 'after' picture here. But I need to remind myself of where I've been, and how far I've come already :)

Have you measured yourself yet?
That can be a really great indicator of how much progress you are making.
Doing this once a month will show you an amazing difference.

I had some measurements from when I was in the 280's but lost them (I had them on a website, but they purged them or whatever). I do have measurements from July 2008 though. I was driving my sister nuts during that time. She made my wedding dress, and everytime she took measurements, they were different - even a 1 lb loss makes a difference when you're having a dress made for you :)

I should get them from her, I'm sure she still has them.

Oh, I disagree, your abdomen is much smaller. Good work :)

i think what she was saying was that NOW she looks like the 2nd picture but the 2nd pic was taken in june 2008 rather than now.

but, that's a massive loss! WELL DONE
