Well, I could kick myself because I didn't get pics or measurements until I had already lost 7# (I started April 14, 2008 at 197#, peaked at 198# the next day). And I could kick myself again, because I think most of the difference I see here is due to wearing a tank that fits instead of a tent. And it would look a heck of a lot better with a real bra. But anyway.
I've lost about 4" in the waist, 3" in the hips and about 2 to 2.5" in the bust. About 3" off my thigh and about 1 to 1.5" off the arm. Still lots to go, but got much of my figure back! I lost my waist at the higher weight. Starting to see collarbone, definitely muscle in the arms now (thank you yoga).
Next time there will be progress on the chin and tummy
