My Before and Way Before

Hi Everyone

I am new to this forum. A few years ago, I successfully lost 43lbs (170-127lbs) on the South Beach Diet. I had some health issues, and life got in the way, and I regained back all the lost weight and thensome.

Below are my before, and current photos

April 2005 after losing 43lbs
