Thanks so much everyone for your wonderful compliments.

Brown Eyed Staccie: When I was running all the time during the summer I did up my calories by an extra 150/200 or so, my body was telling me too- I recall feeling intensely hungry, it was a genuine hunger. Before I would mainly steer clear of wraps and bread even if it was whole grain (I was a bread junkie in my heavier days), anyway- I started to have a healthy whole grain warp about two hours before my runs and I felt like that helped fuel me for longer runs. Or I'd have a protein shake after my workout. How many calories are you consuming if you don't mind me asking and also, how much exercise do you do/how many calories are you burning roughly?

mamaspank: Thanks for the congrats! It's nice to know that I'm not alone in my actions that only hinder my progress. I get so irritated at myself because I know I only have myself to blame. I've been back at it and staying focused- on my way out the door to the gym right now. Thanks again! Btw, how are you finding maintaining? Harder than you imagined?
Maintaining hasn't been too bad. I stay under 140, and the scale never ceases to amaze me with really rewarding numbers for what I deem to be very high calorie days. So I just don't sweat it too bad. With softball ending, I know it is going to be a long winter to maintain though, so I will be hitting the gym and rockclimbing and all the good wintery stuff. I wonder what I would look like in the 120s, but I am just not mentally ready to want to go that distance yet. I am really enjoying some Halloween candy lately, and I don't want to miss out on that.
