my legs were tight in those pants up the top .. but not the bottom they are on my skin... lol till just above the knee..

and heres me now ( taken today august 6 )them damn pants dont stay up no more.. so had to wear another pair for the picture.. also the top.. im holding all the excess with my other hand ..

sorry about the washing,, its winter here and this is the opnly way i can dry it .. lol ..

You look great! Congrats. I lived in Italy, where we did not have a dryer so the laundry everywhere was normal for me. I dreaded winter drying it all over the house!

ok i have gone through my past data.. when i started this journey i think i was 297 .. november by the time the first picture was taken i was

january 280..

the next picture is april i was 274.5

the last picture was taken august and im now 259.7.. so in those photos you see a 20 pound change but i have lost 37.4 pounds.. unfortunatly i didnt take a good picture when i was my biggest all i have is this
