Just thought I'd share a couple of face shots of me, the before is at 199 lbs or maybe a few more, the other is very recent, I was around 145 lbs, I'm now down to 141 lbs.

The before picture disgust and embarrasses me, I can't believe I ever let myself go so bad, yuck!

I'd post body shots but, my camera is nowhere to be found.

I will be posting my final goal pics soon......wooohooo! :hat: I'll post lot's of before during and afters.

Oh, my goodness! Your skin is radiant! You are glowing. I can't believe the difference. You look amazing inside out! What plan are you on? Whatever it is, it is apparent that you are eating much healthier foods. That is just inspiring!

Thank you sooooooo much to all of you for the kind comments. They are all greatly appreciated! It's nice to hear that you look good, it helps to keep me motivated, I'm always trying to improve.

I'm not on any particular plan, I mean like a specific diet like Atkins or anything.

P.s: As for the hair, I cut 9 inches off of it recently, I felt like I had to shed another part of the old me and it was a great decision!
