I started around 240+ but officially began 3FC at 239lbs. As of today I weighed in at 208.4. I still have a long way to go before I hit my goal but any progress is nice. I wish it were more but all in due time :cool:

Oh and best part - the jeans that look too tight in the before pics - have been retired due to falling off now :)

I got serious around the beginning of April so around 7-8lbs a month.

Heather (got that from the blog) you are looking great! Though the after pictures are hard to see because of the flash, they're good enough to see that there is a huge change in your body. 30 pounds has made quite a difference in you! I also read your blog and being a vegetarian myself and wanting to try to learn to make yummy things, I am inspired by your cooking. Best of luck and hang in there!
