My first progress pics
 

I have never lost a significant amount of weight before, and 27 lbs seems like a good start, though you can't tell very well in these pics. I am in a 12 week contest to see who can lose the most weight. I presently only have 2 weeks left at have lost 41 pounds, but I don't have an updated pic yet. The first picture shows me at my highest.....330 (ouch, it hurts to say that). The second picture is about 7 weeks into the contest and I have lost 27 pounds, bringing me down to 303. As soon as the two weeks are over, I'll post an updated picture.
Like I said, you can't really tell much, I think I just look happier----and I am!

congratulations ! ... dont worry about weather it shows or not your on your way ! sometimes it can take a long time to show but the most important thing is the number on the scale is going down and you know your getting healthier .... BTW beautiful haircut cant wait to see more pictures !!

I can definitely see a difference, especially around the middle.

It's really interesting how hard it is for us to see the difference in ourselves, but we can see it right away on someone else.

What a great support this is. You all are wonderful and have given me fantastic motivation. I have two more weeks in the contest, but a lifetime of change to make-------I'm sticking to it :)
