Hi everyone!
I've been a pretty good girl for the past three months, and have lost twenty pounds to show for it. Basically, I've been way more active (I've been running 3-5 miles between 3 and 6 times a week, as well as swimming 2x weekly and doing yoga almost daily... and I've added some sculpting via pilates and free weights for the past three weeks) and have been hovering around 1,600 with my calories.
We had a holiday cocktail party this past weekend and I was a little excited about the pics... can you guys see a difference?
Now only 30 more pounds to go...
Here is a "before" pic, I think I was around 178-ish here... oy. I was wearing a size 12.
Here is another, I'm in the yellow dress, and I think this was more around 173-ish.
These pictures were taken this weekend, and I weigh 156 as of today and am wearing a VERY BAGGY size 10 or a slightly snug size 8. (I'm in the blue)
