More Progress Pics
I had my daughter take some pics of me on Thanksgiving and I just thought I'd post them here because I was happy to actually be able to "see" a difference in the way my body is looking. I'm actually beginning to be happy with my shape and the way I look. Plus, I could use a little encouragement to keep on going. It's definitely true that the less you have to loose the slower it comes off. Things have slowed down to a crawl and I am trying to keep myself motivated.

Congratulations, you can sure tell how much weight you have lost you are looking great. Keep up the good work. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey and reaching your goal. I see that christmas goal is within reach which will be an excellent present to yourself for christmas.
