Default It's been awhile my chickadees...56#'s lost.
Thought I would update for everyone! I have had so much going on in my life I haven't had much time for 3FC, but you ladies have been such an inspiration and motivation for me to get where I am now. I will always be grateful for this place.


I still would like to lose 20 or so more pounds, but I am so excited to be in the 160s!

Oh Mary. It's sooo good to hear from you. I hope the stuff that's been going on has all been GOOD stuff.

Whatever that "stuff" may be, I'm glad to see that you are making your health a priority. You are looking quite marvelous! Such an amazing difference.
