I had my Dad take photos over the weekend and I have one from the end of January.Right now I am in a bit of a stall,so this really helped to see the difference from a size 22 to a size 12.

Wow, you look fantastic!! Great job!! It's good to see the difference because those are my before and current sizes as well. I don't really have any before pictures because I was so afraid of the camera!

Thanks everyone- it's really good to have a pictures to look at to realize that I am smaller as I still have a size 22 brain. I can't find my size in the store and have to try on several sizes before I get something that fits.
I am still fat- I still have fat arms, a really ugly tummy and hips.I think at 60 pounds I still have another 30 to go. The legs have been the biggest surprise as my Mom even commented on them.I am getting over a pulled quad that has taken forever to heal.The picture to me is priceless as it confirms the fact that the gal I left behind at 30 is still there.She grayer and a bit saggy- but that was two babies and 13 years ago. don't be afraid of the camera- it will become your friend again.
There are more really fat Karis pictures to come and hopefully I can post a series of me and my sis as she is now trying to drop a few pounds also.
