I use to follow this thread when I was successful doing MRC diet back in 2008. I made a few attempts to try on my own over the year without success. Come Monday, March 1, 2021 I am committing myself to the plan, doing it out my own. I just purchased some drinks and I am getting my kitchen in order tomorrow and going shopping for the healthy food as well. I'm tired of being over weight, tired of focusing everything around food. I have asked my friends to not ask me to go out to eat but rather go for hike, walk, anything without food related to it! I hope someone else sees this and wants to support each other!
