Ive been on MRC less than a month. It's gong good just really slow and I weighed yesterday and I gained 1/2 pound. Would anyone like to share how they lost more weight in the plan? Any tips or pointers?and what supplements they take? I would really appreciate it.

You have to follow the program faithfully. MRC-6 is the only extra I have used. Also try to drink @ least 4 HNS a day & only do creamy drinks or bars 3 times a week. Go on the website for different recipes also in the sticky on this site above are recipes for variety. This is the only plan I have been able to lose weight. Also get the fat & carb blocker to use if you go out to eat.

Drink water! Lots and lots of water! I was never a water fan, so I put flavor drops in mine and it really helped! Good luck!

Guess I need the accountability of someone weighing me each week 😩 I can do this!!! Am required to buy 2 HNSs a day so that's not bad and I'm worth $4 a day. Lol!
