worried about maintaining

I have been tracking my food in My fitness pal. It seems that most days my calories are around 900. I know this is not a calorie counting program, but that is low in calories. I know that this board is not very active, but I was hoping that there was someone on here that has done this and maintained. I am just having a hard time figuring out how this is going to be sustainable. I have a ways to go still, but I am so worried about this already.

Bottom line for me, and I do my own diet thing, is that maintenance is all about about diet and exercise.

Get some exercise in, eat healthy and the weight will take care of itself.

If you are just working on the diet side, maintenance will be tough.

I exercise a lot (run 5 miles most days, weight train most days). And I eat a lot of super healthy stuff (I suppose 3000-4000 calories). And I have maintained for years now. And have a much better physique than when I finished losing.

Got it! This is going to be a battle I am afraid, and not the type I normally have when I am maintaining.
