I weighed in on Sat and I was down another 3lbs. I haven't been able to get in this week it has been a busy week. I will make it on Sat for sure hope to be down again. I've been up bright and early working out every day. It is hard for me to stop that because I know that once I do it will be hard for me to start up again. I have to just keep pressing forward and hope that the balance plan provides enough carbs and protein to keep me going.

llarends - glad you had a nice vacation!

I didn't lose any weight last week. I'm not sure if it was just because it was a REALLY stressful week and I didn't sleep much, or what. I'll give it another week before I switch anything up - except that I am going to add in some exercise starting tomorrow. My original plan was to put that on hold until I had lost some weight (get the diet figured out instead of always wondering if I wasn't losing because I wasn't eating enough to cover my workouts...), but it's driving me crazy. Plus, I think the endorphins will help me with my stress level.

Kind of quiet lately. How is everyone doing? Looking forward to holidays or dreading them? I have a lot less body fat than I did last year and I am cold already this winter! I am wondering if my body will adjust. I'm still plugging along. Not big drops on the scale, but it is moving. I might make quicker progress on the other MRC plan, but I have to say that I do love the Meat Lovers :) I am sticking with it at least through Thanksgiving. Everyone have a great day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
I'm making my Pumpkin Fluff and Pineapple Fluff for desserts :)
Turkey is a great lean protein- sides will be garlic roasted Brussels sprouts and I have to have stuffing :). We will be at the beach RVING so lots of bike riding and walking the dogs on the beach.

Thinking Thin and taking it one day at a time.

I'm so jealous of you being able to go rving! We do it on weekends only!
Hope you are doing well, I'm still doing atkins but still go to the MRC center to see my girls and weigh in! I'm 2.6 lbs under my goal weight hoping to hit the 155 and be 5 lbs under! I only gained .2 oz over thanksgiving so that's a plus! Maintenance has been wonderful and so glad I am sticking with it.

Hey Skelley,
You are so motivating!! I seem to be maintaining and need to be losing!
After RVING and racking up over 10,000 steps, sometimes 13,000 a day and biking has motivated me to keep it up after our mini vacation.
We try to RV long weekends (fri-mon) at least once every couple months and sometimes every month ;). I love it!! Grew up camping with my family so any reunion we have - everyone camps together.
I'm still doing weight watchers and love the tracking- focusing more on portion control and lower calorie foods. They are introducing a new program Dec 6 so curious on what the changes will be.
What does your daily meals look like w Atkins?
I seem to lose a couple pounds a week and then regain them on the weekend!! So frustrating!

Hey Big Dog:

Mon-Fri:
AM atkins mocha latte shake
lunch choices:
chick fil a 12 pc grilled chicken , subway chopped chicken salad, skyline chilli w/cheese, MRC wafer bar or low carb 1/3 lb burger from hardees
Dinner: meat and vegetables, MRC grape protein drink
Evening snack: coffee/carmel machiatto creamer (1 tub) and 3 atkins caramel squares

Weekends sat/sun: bacon and eggs, sometimes I do sausage gravy over my scrambled eggs then for lunch I varies then supper is always meat and veggies
