No Local MRC locations

I was curious about this diet and center. It would appear there are no local locations listed on the site for my state and many surrounding. Can this be done over the phone?

Compared to some of the other fast weight loss losing diets such as IP or Atkins how much can one lose and at what rate? I have tried slow and steady diets only to fail. The only success I had was with IP due to the fact it was someone to talk to and a fairly strict regimen.

I had lost over 100lbs on IP in about 8 months. Sadly its all back....

I know they offer a program if there isn't a center, but I'm not sure how they handle communication. It took me 5 months to lose 15 lbs, but my husband who had more to lose has lost 80 lbs in 5 months and only has 15 or so left to lose.
