Last night my center told me that they are revamping the menu --- no more groups 1, 2, and 3 meat. It sounds exciting and I think it will really help me be more motivated to have more options!

they said should start new food instruction classes by the end of July or first of August! :carrot:

Meta Slim level 2, with occasional Meta quick--- but she said that ALL menus are changing.
