Do you have a carb at dinner?

After asking a question earlier about what to eat for dinner, it seemed that most people were eating a lean burger over a salad instead of a bun, etc. On my MRC green menu it has me eating a carb (like light bread or 2 oz potato), or a fruit with breakfast, lunch & dinner. Just wondering if others are on a different menu?
