EFA Supplements
 

Has anyone found anything comparable to MRC's EFA supplement for a better price?

I actually take a higher quality EFA than the center's. Nothing worse tasting than cheap EFAs that make the taste of fish haunt you all day....BLECH!!!! ;)

hatethesweatpants - may I ask what brand it is? I take one that I bought at Vitamin Shoppe - but it is only Omega 3. I noticed the other day that the MRC ones are Omega 3 and 6. I'm not sure of the differences, just also curious what others take.

Yes I'd like to know as well because I've tried other brands and cannot stand the fish burps

Mine is actually a liquid oil from stronger faster healthier . com (remove spaces). I love it in tangerine or lemon flavor. My gym orders it in bulk, so I get a discount, but one bottle lasts a long time.
