New to ALL of This!! MRC Help Needed
I used MRC in the beginning of the year and it was working great. It got too expensive. I ended up buying all of the vitamins and supplements myself and I want to get started by myself.
Unfortunately I didn't keep the different menus or the preconditioning sheet either. Does anyone have that info anywhere? I've googled it to death and have come up empty handed. Please Help! Thank you, ~Angel p.s. this is my first post, so I'm not even sure I'm doing this right! |
We are not allowed to share the menus. They are copywrited.

Thank you for the info. I don't necessarily want the exact copy of it... I had all four, Precondition, Yellow, Blue & Green... I just need the info and exactly what I'm allowed during what days and the measurements. I don't really want to pay $400 again to get those papers. :p I even still have my recipe book and a cute little tote bag.

You have to have ten posts to send a PM, you may have to have ten posts to receive them as well.

You know, it was the weirdest thing. The "new" manager of my local MRC called me (and left a message) and wanted to talk. She said that I still have 14 more weeks of my program left and to see what she can do to help me succeed. She sounded so sincerer and seemed as though she really wanted to help. I think I'll call her back. Now that I have found out about the 3 Fat Chicks, I may be able to start a forum and get some outside "anonyms" support. Which I desperately need. The only thing is those darn protein supplements are so spendy... but I'm desperate to fix my outer image.. I have extremely low self esteem.
Anyway, I'll let you know what happens... Also, does that private message thing start after I post 10 times? or is it per thread? or does anyone know? Thanks again! |
I'm pretty sure that it's ten total posts (in any thread).

If you still need, I found a GREAT replacement protein powder thats virtually the same as mrc's. Its also about half the price if you order it online. Oh and its 10 posts total for private messages.
