I just started the program today after a week of preconditioning. So far things are going smoothly. I am starving sometimes and fine other times. I guess my body just needs to adjust to very little food. It will all be worth it in the end. I have to say that the peach mango HNS are delicious! I look forward to getting to know everybody! Welcome!!! It will get easier and once you get to the green menu. Some days you will feel like it's too much food. Hang in there! The ladies on here are an awesome support system.
