I just restarted also. My job requires lot of travel (6 international trips so far this year) but I'm home until the last week of August. Going to make the best of it. After preconditioning and 4 days on the program, I'm down 4.5 pounds. Not a bad start

Too bad Klhirte- well, maybe the next one! I'll tell ya all about it (hahahha- you had no doubt right?)
Odd it is at noon- usually 5:30 p.m.
