HI,

Just wanted to know experiences (positive and negative)/side effects/ how ofter you take enhancer?

I take two at 6am in the morning and two at 1:00pm. The only thing I notice is I'm not as sleepy in the evening and I have more energy throughout the day. When I first started taking them I only took one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
