We aren't allowed to give them out, we can get into trouble with Metabolic Research Center. Call your closest center since you did it before they should give you copies. Good luck

Hi everyone, I'm new on here and just received my metabolic magic 28 day plan and am wondering how people did at the end and the info I got wasn't the most helpful so if anyone has any words of advice I would appreciate it! Looking to lose between 20-30 while doing this to help jump start my healthy life!

I'm expecting my 28 day Majic on Saturday. I'm planning on starting Monday morning.

I was a MRC member a few years ago and got to my goal weight, but three surgeries in a year (shoulder, knee and ablation) really knocked me out.

I remember how great I felt at that weight so that is great motivation for me to get back down.

I look forward to visiting with all of you.

As of Monday, I'm 5 pounds down for my first week. I've had a few rough patches, but I'm handing them alright.
