Grumpapotamus "meets" a new consultant.
So- I had an official weigh-in on Tuesday and I was SOOO grumpy. Since I began my program- I have been working with the same consultant, which I like, because she knows my story and what's going on with me- and I imagine that she likes it, because they have told me that consultants get commission on pounds lost by their last clients.
So on Tuesday-I'm waiting for my consultant and get called back by someone I don't recognize. Sad Face. She never did end up introducing herself. And I had to explain to her why the number on the scale was going to be on vacation (grandmother died, went on vacation, not in fat burning, blah blah blah). And I didn't even know her name! It made me feel slightly...hm...off, I guess. Does anyone else try to meet with the same consultant? Or are you just fine talking to a stranger/different person each time you weigh? |
Been there, done that...not fun. :(
I've found that there is one consultant that I just don't connect with. I mentioned it to the Center manager and my file must have been flagged b/c I no longer see her...ever! I prefer the Center Manager b/c she is older and I just don't relate to the pretty young skinny gals very much. I feel like I'm more authentic with the Center Manager and I get more out of the appointment. And believe it or not, she's not as likely to push products on me as the other gals. I try to make an appointment with her, plus that makes me accountable to go in. Interesting on the commission by lbs lost...hmm. ;) |

I don't buy too many extra supplements, so they aren't making money off me that way. |
Lunar- totally relate! Make an appointment to see the one you like and then tell her why you like her. she will appreciate it and will WANT to help you. I did exactly that. A standing appointment with the same person gave me the consistancy I needed.
