Thank you...thank you...thank you to everyone!! It's really nice to see all the wonderful comments!! I weighed in today and lost 5 more pounds since the current photo. :-)

I'm on cloud nine. My whole life has changed right before my eyes! I can't believe I've done this much so far!! I love my new lifestyle!! When I started the program I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel...now I'm almost there. Temptation has gotten tons better over the months of my journey...but has not gone away....wonder if it ever will.

What have you done to lose weight? I count calories and exercise sporadically and I've only lost 30 lbs in a year. I'm determined to lose 100 lbs this year. I need some help!
