Surviving through the holiday

  • Oh Man! I just made pecan pie...and I had to try it! Then, I made grape salad and of course I couldn't take that to dinner without trying that too. This is the first time I have cheated in 4 months. I am just wondering how I am going to survive through Thanksgiving. I think I should just take a fat and carb blocker and eat a little of what I want..then jump back on the diet the next day. What are you girls doing?
  • I made an overnight salad and a peanut butter cake with chocolate icing this evening and I sure did want to try it. I plan to take a fat and carb blocker tomorrow also. My 1200 calories will add up fast I'm sure. Good luck everyone.
  • I'm going to take the fat and carb blocker too. I have already planned what I want to eat (that was easy - some things I just don't want), but I am going to have an acceptable sized slice of pecan pie! This is the only time of year anyone in my family makes them!
