I went in to weigh today and I'm down 2 more pounds from last Friday. Great job everyone on their losses so far this week.

I think it may depend on the menu/plan you are on. I'm on beige and can have up to 5 HNS/day. I think the amount might go down as your weight goes down.

I'd say that you should focus on being on track for the rest of the week, drink your water, etc - and hopefully the scale will show it. :)

Meazie: I have always done 3-4 but no more! That's what they told me, at one time she thought i did 5 and said that's a no no!

Your menu should tell you how many HNS's you can have a day. Mine says I have to have a minimum of 3 but can have a max of 5. I have way more to lose than you do though. My counselor told me that as I lose the number of HNS's that I can have will decrease as I change menus.

That's what I was told as well. She said it helps to burn fat because your body processes protein easier. I'm sure they want us to buy more products too. ;) But I'm still gonna give it a try.

Awesome lovestofish&run! I went to weigh in today & im down to my lowest weight so now to keep it up & hit that 40lb mark whichh is only 3 lbs away!
