What 'color' menu ?
 

The board tells me that I can't PM people until I get a certain number of posts in, so I figured I would ask some questions that I have been wondering about.

I see a lot of talk about 'menus'....what color would I be if I am over 300 pounds and need to lose over 150 pounds to get semi-near a goal?

I am 350lbs :(

MRC has many menus at several levels they depend on your weight. But they also assign a menu depending on the amount of physical exercise and also if you are a diabetic. They will give you the menu that is right for you during your food/program instruction class.

you would probably be on level 3 white menu then once you are below 300 level 2 white menu. I just went to level 2 today since I am so close to being under 300lbs

aw82797 - how much difference is there between the level 3 and level 2 menus? I am about 10 pounds from 300. Just curious - I did not realize they changed. Thanks!

the only difference is level 2 takes away the afternoon required snack :)
