    Hello. I'm Crystal
    Today I found my old MRC folder...

    I'm back on the wagon beginning tomorrow!

    Almost 4 years ago exactly I started this and lost 31 lbs in 3 1/2 months. I've gained back all but 10 of that and I'm ready to do this AGAIN!

    I wanna hit my goal before I turn 40!
