Fatty acids (omegas) question
 

I am an at home client and have run out of EFAs. Of course I didn't check the container for doses before I threw it away and started looking for a local replacement. Can someone please give me the info on the back of the container? I Googled RDAs of the Omegas, but would like to know what MRC was prescribing with their particular diet. Thank you!!!!

I wish I could help, but I've always used Flaxseed Oil (I have a fish phobia) from Sam's. Hopefully, someone will know.

Thank you, I appreciate the thought. I am having some weird issues and am wondering if my switch to OTC omegas is a factor - hair falling out a TON more than normal, etc. It started about a week after the switch. It is probably something else, but I was trying to figure out what I changed before the weirdness. Thanks again.

You may need to increase the amount you take. I take 3 Flaxseed Oil pills (845 mg) at each meal for a total of 9 pills a day. I think the Fish/Krill oil pills require less per day. I'd investigate that angle, see what you can safely take, and see if it helps.
