meta balance question
 

Are you allowed a creamy if you have a bar in the same day? I now on green/meta-s;im you are not. Just can't remember for meta balance! Thanks!

For metabalance, my consultant told me yes, but I stall out if I do both. So I try to not do a creamy if I do a bar unless I am doing a lot of exercise that day.
